By placing an order on LingOrm Finds, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. LingOrm Finds is an independent reseller of products endorsed by LingOrm and is not directly affiliated with LingOrm or their brand partners.
All orders are confirmed only upon receipt and verification of payment. Payment must be made via PromptPay or Wise QR Code. Orders remain in Pending status until payment is verified. We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed orders after 24 hours.
All prices are listed in Thai Baht (฿). Prices include the product cost and applicable handling fees. Shipping fees are calculated separately at checkout based on your location and chosen courier.
We ship via J&T Express, Flash Express, and Kerry Express within Thailand only. Estimated delivery times are 1–5 business days depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or force majeure events.
Orders may be cancelled before the status changes to Shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. To request cancellation, contact us via WhatsApp or LINE with your Order ID.
All products sold on LingOrm Finds are genuine items purchased through official LingOrm-endorsed events and brand partnerships. We do not sell counterfeit goods.
LingOrm Finds is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.
We collect your name, email, phone number, and shipping address solely for the purpose of processing your order. We do not share your information with third parties except for shipping couriers.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We accept returns under the following conditions only:
Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence sent via WhatsApp or LINE.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via PromptPay or bank transfer to the account you provide. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us with your Order ID. Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted. For approved pre-shipment cancellations, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
